また、仮会員という形ですぐに利用開始することも可能です。（後ほど設定画面より本会員登録ができます）

基本情報登録性別、生年月日、体重、身長、体脂肪率、生活活動強度、食事摂取割合

目標設定減量の目標日及び体重、体脂肪率を入力してください。
日々の体重と目標体重、目標期間から、1日の目標栄養素を計算しトップ画面に表示します。

食事登録
Myメニューオリジナルメニューを最大300件まで登録することが出来ます。

メニューから検索一般的な料理やチェーン店、ラーメン店等の情報や、過去にユーザーから栄養計算依頼をいただいたメニューから検索いただけます。

自分で栄養素を入力商品パッケージの裏側等に記載のある栄養素をご自身で入力いただけます。食塩相当量は「ナトリウム量（mg）」で入力することも可能です。
ご自身で栄養素登録した食事は数値の編集が可能です。

運動登録
デフォルトの運動から登録カロミルで用意している運動メニューの中から選択し、運動時間を設定することで消費カロリーを計算して登録します。

ユーザー運動作成食事登録のMyメニューのようにオリジナルの運動メニューを作成することができます。（最大200件）

＊登録したデータの削除
登録した食事・運動の削除はトップ画面の食事履歴を長押しまたはタップ後の詳細画面でできます。

Google Fitアプリとデータ連携Google Fitアプリから歩数、体重のデータをカロミルに連携することができます。
「メニュー」 >「その他」>「設定」 > 「Google Fit連携」よりご設定できます。

Fitbit、Garminとデータ連携Fitbit、Garminで記録された運動データをカロミルに連携することができます。
「メニュー」 >「その他」>「設定」 > 「Fitbit」および「Garmin」より設定できます。

プレミアムサービスについてカロミルの基本利用は無料ですが、任意でプレミアムサービスをご利用いただけます。
以下はそれぞれ別のサービスとなっており、複数ご利用の場合はそれぞれのサービスをご登録いただく必要があります。

解析したい食事を撮影または画像選択し、その場で解析結果を登録できます。

毎日の血圧管理をカンタンにサポートします。

・血糖値記録
毎日の血糖値管理をカンタンにサポートします。

正常に動作しない場合の対処について・バージョンアップ後にアプリが起動しない
・すぐに落ちる
・ログイン画面に戻ってしまうなどの症状が発生する場合があります。

その際は以下の手段をお試し下さい。
① アプリの再起動
② アプリの再インストール(※)
※ 仮会員の場合はデータの復元ができませんのでアプリの再インストールはおやめください。設定画面より本会員登録を行ったのちに実施してください。
※ 本会員登録が終わっている場合はデータが失われることはありません。
※ 再ログインの際に以前とは別のアカウントでログインしてしまわないようにお気をつけください。
