◆イントロダクション
謎の生命体「キャンサー」に襲われた地球は危機に瀕していた。
「キャンサー」にはこれまで人類が生み出してきた兵器による攻撃が一切通じず、撃退する術を持たない人類は、敢えなく敗退した。
土地は放棄され、様々な国が戦禍に消えていった。今では陸地の大半は「キャンサー」の支配下である。

人類に残された時間は少なく、絶滅も覚悟したとき、ひとつの新兵器が開発された。
それこそが決戦兵器「セラフ」。
それを装備した者だけが「キャンサー」に効果的な打撃を与えることができた。
人類は「セラフ」を操る術を手にした者たちをかき集め、最後の希望を託してセラフ部隊を設立した。

「セラフ」を操れる者はひとつの共通項を持っていた。
何かしらの才能を持った少女たちであることだ。

When humanity had little time left and was prepared for extinction, a new weapon was developed.
That is the decisive battle weapon “Seraph”.
