Q : eBook 주문했는데 뷰어에서 보이지 않습니다. 어떻게 해야 하나요 ?
A : 모바일 브라우저나 알라딘 쇼핑앱 나의 계정, PC에서는 나의 계정> 전자책주문에서 주문 상태를 확인해 주세요.
“주문완료”가 아닌, “상품준비 중”으로 표시되면, 네트워크 일시 장애로 주문처리가 불완전하게 진행된 경우로, 뷰어에서 구매내역이 표시되지 않습니다.
PC 알라딘에서 고객센터 1대1 상담> 전자책> 장애신고센터로 신고해주시거나 전화(1544-2514)로 연락해 주시면 처리 해 드리고 있습니다.
만일 “주문완료” 상태인데도 뷰어에서 보이지 않는다면, 컨텐츠 오류 가능성이 있으며, 고객센터 1대1 상담> 전자책> 장애신고센터나 전화(1544-2514)로 신고해 주세요.

Q : 구매한 도서가 구매목록에서 조회되지 않습니다.
A : 구매목록 화면을 아래로 잡아 당기면 구매목록 전체 동기화가 됩니다. 구매목록 전체 동기화 후에도 나타나지 않는다면 주문이 정상 처리되지 않았을 가능성이 높습니다.

Q : 시리즈 도서를 구매했는데 따로 떨어져있어요.
A : 해당 도서가 시리즈 처리가 되지 않았을 가능성이 있습니다. 고객센터에 신고 후 조치되면 구매목록 화면을 아래로 잡아당겨서 전체 동기화 하시면 됩니다.

Q : 다운로드 받은 도서를 읽으려고 하니 ‘도서 파일을 찾을 수 없습니다’라는 메세지가 떠요.
A : 외부 앱(특히 V3)에 의해 도서 파일이 삭제됐을 수 있습니다. 도서를 다운로드 받으신 상태에서 클리너 기능을 사용할 경우, 알라딘 eBook 앱을 제외처리 해 주셔야합니다.

Q: I ordered an eBook, but I can not see it in the viewer. What should I do ?
A: Mobile browser or Aladdin shopping app My account, PC Please confirm the order status in My account> ebook order.
 If it is displayed as “Product ready” instead of “Order completed”, the order processing is incomplete due to network temporary failure, and the purchase history is not displayed in the viewer.

If you do not see it in the viewer even though the order is complete, please report it to the customer center one-on-one counseling> e-book> trouble reporting center or phone (1544-2514).

Q: Purchased books are not listed in the purchase list.
A: If you pull down the Purchase List screen, the purchase list will be fully synchronized. If the purchase list does not appear after a full sync, it’s likely that your order was not processed properly.

Q: I bought a series of books, but I’m separated.
