「渚輪ニュータウン」で起こったウイルス感染爆発より10年後の世界─
第二部の物語は、日本の本州へ舞台を移し、展開していく─。
10年前に起こった爆発感染によるゾンビ災害で本州のほぼ全域を失った日本は、
九州に新たな首都『新東響（しんとうきょう）』を制定し、人々の生存領域を何とか死守している。

本州をゾンビ達から奪還すべく設立されたのは、国連委託組織『太陽機関』。
対ゾンビ部隊として特別な訓練を受けた少女兵たちは『治癒姫（ヴァルキュア）』と呼ばれている。

第二部のストーリーは、この『治癒姫（ヴァルキュア）』と『ゾンビ』に関わる二人の主人公の視点で語られます。
二人の物語は複雑に絡み合い、時には激しく衝突しながら展開していきますので、どうぞご期待ください。

◆創造する「装備群」◆
バトル中に集めた素材から、長剣、チェーンソー、弓矢、バズーカなどの武器、制服、白衣、バトルスーツなどの防具を作りだそう！　少女たちの所属している部活動で装備できるものが異なるぞ。

◆受け継がれる「DNA」◆
アイテム「DNA」を少女に宿すと、少女は特殊な能力を身に付けることができる。
「一定確率でHP回復」、「アイテムドロップ率10％向上」「感染スキルの威力50％向上」など、DNAと少女の組み合わせは2000通り以上！
強敵から獲得したDNAは、貴重な戦力になるぞ。
さらにDNA同士を掛け合わせ「変化融合」すると、新たなDNAが出現することも！

◆危険と隣合わせの「感染バトルシステム」◆
少女たちはゾンビから攻撃を受けるとウイルス感染し、攻撃を受ければ受けるほど「感染度」が上昇、、
身体が危険に染まっていく…

◇感染度コントロール◇
プレイヤーは、少女の感染度を「下げる」ことができる。しかし、その下げたぶんだけ、他の少女たちの感染度が「上がる」。
…一人の少女を救う行為が、周りの少女たちを危険に晒すという背徳感に苛まれながら、ゾンビとの闘いを切り抜けなければならない。

◇感染スキル◇
少女たちは、それぞれ固有の「スキル(必殺技)」を持っている。
感染度の高さに比例してスキルの威力が増していくため「感染スキル」と呼ばれる。
威力は3ステージ(段階)。
スキルを発動すると感染度はリセットされ「発症」を避けることができるが、強敵に打ち勝つには、時として高ステージのスキルも必要になることも。
リスクを避けてスキルを即時発動し細かく刻むか、「発症」のリスクと引き換えに強力なスキルを発動するかは、プレイヤー次第。

◇ウイルス発症◇
少女の感染度が最大(限界値)に達すると、ウイルスが「発症」。
発症してしまった少女は、自我が失われ、プレイヤーに牙を剥き攻撃を仕掛けてくる。
攻撃を止めるには、共に闘ってきたその少女を傷つけ、倒す他に道はない。

◇ブレイク◇
バトル中に、とどめの一撃「ブレイク」が発生することも!?　ブレイクが発生すると、残ったゾンビをまとめて倒すことができる形勢逆転のチャンス！

◆高難度に挑戦し、より多くの報酬をゲット！「期間限定クエスト、育成クエスト」◆
バトルに打ち勝ってメインストーリーを進めていくストーリークエストのほかに、多種多様なモードが存在する、期間限定クエスト、育成クエストに挑戦しよう！
