お客様の端末における設定状態の確認や設定の変更を支援するアプリです。
設定状態を分かりやすく確認したり、設定の変更をかんたんに行うことができます。

◆ご利用までの操作手順
以下①、②のどちらかの方法でご利用できます。
①設定→au設定メニュー→auセルフケアをタップ
②ホーム画面→アプリ一覧からauセルフケアをタップ

＜ご案内＞
機種によっては、アップデートのタイミングで、①に加えて②の起動導線が追加される場合があります。
ホーム画面にアプリが追加されることで、問題が発生することはありませんが、
ご了承いただけない場合は、下記操作により、ホーム画面から消去することが可能です。
(1)設定→アプリと通知→auセルフケア→無効にするをタップ
(2)ホーム画面のアプリ一覧からauセルフケアアイコンを長押しタップ→アプリ情報をタップ→無効にするをタップ

◆2021/3/9 アップデート内容
Android11OS以上のスマートフォンをご利用の場合、ご利用のメーカーによっては、
ホーム画面のアプリ一覧表示に不具合が発生する場合があることを確認致しました。
2021/3/9に問題対処のバージョンを公開致しましたので、
最新バージョンにアップデートを頂きますようお願い致します。

‐SONY_Xperiaシリーズ（Android11）
：アプリアイコンが点滅しているように見える場合があります。
‐SHARP AQUOS sense5G（Android11）
：アプリフォルダを開いても、すぐに閉じてしまう場合があります。

◆ What is the “au Self Care” app?

◆ Operation procedure until use
You can use either method (1) or (2) below.
① Tap Settings → au setting menu → au self-care
② Home screen → Tap au self-care from the application list

Depending on the model, the starter wire of ② may be added in addition to ① at the timing of the update.

If you do not agree, you can delete it from the home screen by the following operation.
(1) Tap Settings → Apps & notifications → au self-care → Disable
(2) From the application list on the home screen, tap and hold the au self-care icon → tap application information → tap disable
